1. How fast will my order get to me?

U.S. orders: usually 3–7 business days (after shipping).

International: about 7–21 business days (customs might slow it down a little).

2. Who delivers my package?

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — whichever gets your order to you fastest.

3. Can I track my order?

Yep! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can stalk your package all the way to your door 🚚.

4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes with USPS → they deliver to P.O. Boxes.

No with UPS/FedEx/DHL → they need a street address.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely 🌍. Just know: if you’re outside the U.S., your country may charge customs or taxes.

6. What if my order is late or missing?

-  First, check your tracking link.

-  If it says “Delivered” but you don’t see it → check with your local post office or neighbors.

-  Still no luck? Hit us up and we’ll help file a claim.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

No worries — email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right (replacement, refund, or credit).

8. Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! You’ve got 30 days to return as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition.
