Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may delay).
Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on order size/destination).
⚠️ We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size/color if available. If not, you’ll receive a refund.
Order Issues (Lost or Delayed Packages)
Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL) is responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
HiddenSentient is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delivery times vary by country (7–21 business days).
